Sennheiser VMX 200-II USB Bluetooth Headset

Mixed feelings about this one. For call clarity this little BT headset is great. Where it fails though (and it is subjective) is comfort, the stock weird ear tip is very uncomfortable and really doesn't stay in place. Also the BT connectivity gets botched the moment you use Skype or Facetime; for audio calls it is fine. Not sure whether there is third party ear tips we can use on this.

Mine used to work. But now it will shut down automatically in 5 seconds after successfully connecting to cellphone. it shouldn't be a battery problem since it says "5 to 10 hours of talk time" when restarting. Any help? Shall I contact Massdrop or Sennheiser ?
