Note that this bundle costs $134.05 (sans promo cards) with free shipping on CoolStuffInc versus $158.12 here with shipping. I know Massdrop's board game deals aren't that great, but for these $100+ collections I would definitely expect a little better.

HC118I'd say this would be a decent deal if you would save at least 10% off what you could buy every day, right? So, the components individually need to be worth $175.69. (($144.99 + $13.13) ÷ 90%) If we buy everything available from CoolStuffInc for $134.05, we are left with $41.64 to spend on the missing pieces at everyday prices. ($175.69 - $134.05)
I'm not too familiar with where we can find deals on the missing components, "Prime Wardens (Promo set with Knyfe Rogue Agent)" and "3 Promo Art Prints for Wrath of the Cosmos". So, looking at eBay, Prime Wardens appear to commonly sell for $20-30. Now, you might say these aren't worth it, and that's fair, but that does appear to be going rate.
That leave $11.64-21.64 to spend on the 3 prints. So if you value the the prints at $4-7 each, we save 10%. If you think the prints are worth more, it's an even better discount.
I guess it comes down to how much an individual values the hard to get missing pieces at. Are the missing pieces worth $41.64 or more to you? => Get it Are the missing pieces worth less than $41.64 to you? => Pass

ZUUL42There's also a couple of mini expansions that are out of stock that you'd need to get elsewhere (albeit that's only an extra $8)

ZUUL42Currently, there is one Wrath of the Cosmos promo art set running for around $10 on eBay. It doesn't look like any other copies of it have been sold, which makes it a poor indicator of price, but nonetheless it's possible to get everything in this drop elsewhere for the same/less.
Personally, I've avoided most of Massdrop's board game deals, either due to their price or my already thin wallet. For me, a decent deal isn't just 10% off retail. I don't have a lot of spare change, so 10% off is the threshold for me to get something. A large part (about half) of my board game collection has been acquired used, either off eBay, yard sales or thrift stores. Board gaming is only an expensive hobby if you allow it to be, but if there's one thing I've come to despise, it's the limited edition promo cards that add rules to a game. Sentinels is nowhere near the levels of the Resistance/Coup with their promo stuff, but to see people pick up rare sets just to scalp hurts.
For me, this isn't a good deal, period. Whenever I comment with a price comparison with CSI or elsewhere, I try to be objective, especially if I'm the first person to mention the price. However, Massdrop tends to be more competitive with $100+ bundle drops (see: Imperial Assault Bundle). This one was just a disappointment, promo cards or not.
