According to http://www.mtggoldfish.com/articles/the-expected-value-of-shadows-over-innistrad, this is worth something in the neighborhood of $300, but I feel like you're also paying for the convenience of sorted playsets of everything without mythics. Some people like the idea that they know they have everything in the set should they need it for a deck.
