I have just received my shanling M2X. I am trying to log onto tidal through the app on the shanling but it doesn’t accept the username and the password which I know is correct. Am I doing something wrong?

Stingray58AThere is a firmware update that may help your issue. The upcoming firmware update mentioned 'Fixed Tidal'. That was all that was said tho. The version is V3.0 and said to be available on 11-20-20 but I was able to download it. Towards the bottom of the page, Shanling also has available previous firmware updates. When I first got my M2X some time in the past, I had issues with the wifi which inturn affects Tidal connectivity. The latest firmware at the time did correct it tho. Hopefully this firmware update will help you.
