Just wanted to chime in and say that I've been testing out the Shanling M5 for awhile and love it. Things you should know are that is has a full detailed sound that leans a bit towards the warm side. Size is small vs. a lot of DAPs in this price bracket. GUI is very similar to Cayin and FiiO but more intuitive and less cluttered for my tastes. Ergonomics are great, especially for right-handers. Lefties do need to reach over the screen to get to the control wheel. Some lefties I've shared with are cool with it, while some others do find it a bit bothersome. That's something each individual will have to decide. If people have particular questions, please feel free to ask here or on headfi and I'll try to answer. Cheers!
