My experience with the SHARGEEK STORM 2 Power Bank has been nothing short of disappointing, and sadly, it seems to be a systemic issue across all their processes. After just a few months of use, the power bank completely died, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. Upon reaching out to customer support for assistance, I was met with slow responses and unhelpful solutions that seemed more like stall tactics than genuine attempts to resolve the issue. What's more concerning is that this experience appears to be consistent across their entire process, from the product's functionality to the support provided. It feels like they're intentionally delaying resolutions, perhaps waiting for warranties to expire. In conclusion, I cannot recommend the SHARGEEK STORM 2 Power Bank or any other product from this company until these fundamental issues are addressed. Customers deserve better quality products and timely support, neither of which I experienced in this instance.
