Quick update for the group we talked to the vendor earlier today and they are still working on getting the remaining orders shipped out. Sheaffer was acquired by A.T. Cross a short while ago and is now undergoing some updates to their distribution process. Due to this all outbound orders for all sales channels are currently experiencing delays that were unforeseen and not mentioned to us when the drop was ran. We are in very close contact with the vendor and trying to get this sorted and have your orders shipped as soon as possible.
We will remain in contact with them and update you all as soon as news is made available.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 5/6 or sooner if something comes up.
