Dumb buttons

The buttons on this shirt are so dumb. In the picture where its partially unbuttoned, you can see there is like, a strip of light colored fabric the buttons are set into, well that strip is this thick stiff i dont know stuff. its kinda like that strip that zipper teeth are set into. its mostly fine, if you are buttoned to the top button, but is basically the worst thing ever if you unbutton things a bit. Sure, i get it, durability is a nice thing to have but not at the cost of functionality, because the thick strip just ruins the whole shirt. If a guy were to cut it out, and make a super deep v neck, it would be a nice if perhaps a bit slutty shirt in that case.
