I have these. They are pretty bad. Vocals are muffled and sound like they are miles away. The bass is quite boomy too. I have tried a multitude of ear tips on these and the best have been spin fits but they still sound bad. I use my HTC 10 and LG V10 for playback. I just got some Marshall Mode in ears. They are worlds better at less than half the price right now on Amazon.

sirkuttinMarshall mode only cost £5 less than these. Massdrop is just selling them at a ridiculously high price. Mine sound brilliant, and the bass is only moderately loud with pretty good response. Maybe you got a knockoff?
