chrlswttThey have a good warranty and good customer service. The cables on my Shure SE-530's became detached and they replaced them. The issue happened a second time and they upgraded me to the Shure SE-535's for free. Since then I've had the cables fail on my SE-535's twice and I just replace the cable. They seem to fail on the SE-535's once every year and a half.
The cables on the SE-846's are also detachable and under warranty. I'm sure they'll stand behind this product the exact same way.
