It has now been 6 weeks since my package was mailed and 2 months since the end of the drop.
Unfortunately, this drop has not ended well for me, as I have not received the goods I paid for and have been delayed from obtaining the Shure headphones by 2 months, while waiting fruitlessly.
I have requested a refund from Massdrop. Hopefully, their customer support will shine through, despite the adverse outcome.
I will update this once the refund is received, so that you know that Massdrop stands behind its customers.
I'm interested to hear how this turned out. I've participated in 7 drops and this was easily the longest wait. This is also the most polite group so far (and for the most expensive item.)
I never received the headphones.
Massdrop customer support processed a refund for me in an efficient manner, after 6 weeks passed from the shipping date. I am very pleased with the Massdrop customer service in this regard.
I will be participating in drops again once the international shipping service is improved and Massdrop offers the option shipping with tracking and signed-for delivery.
Hope everyone else is enjoying their headphones.
Any other people from overseas, who received the headphones on time?
