The situation with the case doesn't bother me that much. Mistakes happen and they're fixing this one. No big deal. What actually does drive me crazy is that they ship via UPS Surepost, so when I get an email that says my package has been delivered to my address, it actually has not been delivered to my address at all. What has happened is that UPS has dropped it off with the USPS to deliver it to my address, which will happen in a couple of days. I really wish Massdrop would change the content of their delivery notice emails to accurately reflect what is going on.
