Christopher G in Newington, CT: Massdrop erroneously sent me your tarp (along with a packing slip with your full name and home address) instead of the Zebag Wine Bottle Carrying Case I ordered. Massdrop is refusing to send me my carrying case because they say they ordered the exact number of items for the drop, and they have no idea who they shipped my item to, so they don't have one to ship me. Apparently, in addition to being too incompetent to put the right address label on a package, they're too incompetent to be able to order an additional item and have it shipped to me, even tho they have an upcoming drop for the same item in a couple of weeks. I will return your tarp to Massdrop as soon as they provide me with an address label that includes the cost of UPS picking up the item. If they're similarly refusing to honor your order, maybe someone there has enough intelligence to forward it on to you once they receive it. I'd send it to you directly (I do have your address, after all), but they refuse to refund my order until they receive the item they wrongly shipped to me. If you received my wine carrying case, I'd appreciate it if you'd return it to Massdrop; if the product I ordered magically shows up in their office, maybe they'll actually fulfill my order, instead of wasting everyone's time refusing make good on their mistake. Apparently, left to their own, they have neither the skill nor the integrity to honor the order I placed and paid for, and are relying on us to recover from their f***-ups. Sorry they screwed up your order. I hope they didn't screw up a Christmas gift for you like they did for me.
