Full-Featured Tent With Retractable Rain Fly
The Sierra Designs Nightwatch boasts the livability and functionality of the company’s popular Lightning 2 tent, plus a few updated features. The retractable rain fly allows for unhindered stargazing, and the two gear ports have been upgraded to be used as doors when the fly is rolled back. The freestanding design has three doors, an interior area of 30.5 square feet, a peak height of 43.5 inches, and two gear closets measuring 7 square feet each. The Nightwatch uses 75d and 70d fabrics for the fly and floor, and has a packed weight of 5 pounds. The lighter version, the Nightwatch 2 FL, uses 20d and 30d fabrics (plus lighter poles) to bring the packed weight down to 4 pounds.
