In one sense, these keycaps feel futuristic. After all, their metallic-silver finish calls to mind an interstellar existence, one in which humanity is confined to the shiny metal environs of a spaceship Read More
The legend font is OK - not my favorite but better than the gamer font that came on my budget mechanical keyboard's caps. While laser etching is not as desirable as double-shot, I can live with it. These caps are pretty thin, but they seem hardy enough to stand up to routine use. If you have a habit of applying fist to keyboard, these might not last very long for you.
My only major issue with these caps is that there is variability in legend translucency. So, keys are arbitrarily dark/bright relative to one another despite the underlying LEDs having uniform brightness. You can see this to some degree in the first photo and more so in the second photo/overhead view. In particular, G, 7 (R1), 9 (R1), and HOME, are significantly less translucent than the other caps. The variance is somewhat understated in the photo. Also, the arrow legends on the numpad keys do not illuminate due to their location relative to my board's surface mount LEDs and the stems.
They'll do for now. I think I will have to buy a plastics company to achieve my dream of doubleshot, frosted translucent legend keycaps in SA profile.

Wait for my drop. They will be a bit expensive but well worth any $ £ € ¥. To hell with all these crap restrictive keycap drops that don't allow ISO and major manufacturer boards to be re-capped!

Proper fonts, typesetting, alternative keys that fit Corsair and Razer, ISO... no? Not interested then. When will keycap manufacturers and sellers learn?
"Silver?! Awesome!"
<Zoom in image... See the font of the keycaps...>
"Oh."
Sometimes I wish the Chinese manufacturers learn a thing or two about typography and stop using MS Office fonts on keycaps... Or just use Helvetica. It's not hard to get it right, seriously.
What's the shipping, and can you clarify the number of keys? The modifiers are cool, but reading the last drop it does not sound like they are included.
Not enough keys, or at least not the proper keys I would need. Also, I agree with this guy^^
They're not doubleshot, so this is a waste of most of your money if you plan on using the keyboard you put them on.

The Vortex set is not compatible with Razer Blackwidow X Chroma. Avoid!
