You were right in your reply. 7th Floor did finally send me a new unit (It took over a month and a half for me to receive it). It took alot of emails to get it all straightened out annnd they tried to get me to pay for the shipping (after admitting to a "administration" error I was refunded via PayPal) . grrr! GREAT! vaporizer however. Assuming others don't have my experience I would defiantly recommend this to others. It's fun to use and consistent with its heat. I use mine on the lowest temp and it gives great hits. A couple drops of vape oil and you can get a lot more out of your tobacco and you can pull off some nice smoke rings if you're into that sort of thing
