These are currently selling for $400 on amazon -- is there something going on with these speakers? How exactly are you guys able to offer this price? Not that you don't usually have good deals, but the price difference is so large on this one that it seems suspicious, honestly.

jeniusIf manufacturers don't have a limit on the pricing that a retailer can offer, audio/tech products can be sold at a really low price compared to MSRP because most of the costs are incurred during R&D and the actual production cost is very low. I bet these speakers probably only cost 50-100 to make. The only problem I see is that who ever is offering this deal may get into trouble with Simple Audio for offering such a low price.

HarBearI guess I would feel safer jumping in on this if I could get some sort of explanation from the staff, you know? I mean on top of that, what's to stop people from getting like 10 of these, then selling them new on ebay or amazon for $350 and making $200 per sale? That's a shit ton of money. Whenever something like that can happen, it sounds too good to be true, which usually means its not true...
