Contact Costumer support, it's the only way. They still haven't responded. At the least they could offer refunds...

HuestonSent an email yestrday. Got an automated response saying "gone for thanksgiving". I dont want to do a chargeback but I'm running out of reasons not to. 40$ this time of year is alot to some people. I told my wife I'd "never see them for this price again". This whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth.

whitey522Around the holiday season every little bit counts. I know i would appreciate that little bit of cash to put towards other gifts for my family.
When andrewLekashman (le cash man... wow it's even in his name.) said "we are going to reach out to them and let them know what has occurred and see what can be done." There is no certainty in that statement. We don't have much time and we have no idea when this issue will get resolved or if it even will be resolved. The best bet seems to do a chargeback since even costumer support has failed to refund our orders.
