After reading the comments, I'm sad. I definitely would have bought the ones from NCIXUS, but ignored it because at first, it was advertised at $150. If i hadn't ordered it from here, I would have been checking their deals too. $130 plus the gift card for new buyers is a no brainer. Seems like the price is artificially set at $500 just because it's been like that for a while, but clearly, these speakers aren't any where near that price point. Not saying they aren't great, but kind of a shitty thing to sell them at a "Massdrop" price when it's in fact above what another retailer is offering them, with faster shipping.
This is also my first Massdrop purchase. I have horrible luck I guess. I would request a refund, but based on the comments, I'd be wasting my time. I just have to hope Massdrop does refund the difference, or Corsair. I also hope it isn't store credit, especially for Corsair as I still have to RMA an item I bought from them, 2/3 items these few months defective by them. I don't want to settle, but $40 in Massdrop credit is better than nothing. Or rather $20 since not everyone would have gotten that gift card from NCIXUS. Just please no more fake drops.
