While I understand why people are frustrated and angry with Massdrop, it isn't entirely their fault. Massdrop just acts as the middleman, it's up to the manufacturer to get the product out in the first place, which due to usually underestimating the popularity of the drop they're not ready for the demand. You also have to think 315 of these is like a semi truck full, and being winter and around the holidays doesn't add to the reliability of shipping. Although I will say massdrop has been lacking behind in communication of whats going on with their drops, they usually send it right back out either the day of or next once they get their hands on it. Here's hoping it I get it before xmas
