Fedex rectified the problem with the inbound shipment and it was delivered late today. I have looped in our warehouse manager and they know that this is a priority item and will to get these out ASAP.
We have also let them know that these need to arrive by Christmas for domestic participants.
I will have a follow up call with them later today to make sure that everything is going smoothly on our end. I will also update the group when the last order is on the way.
Expect an update from us on 12/19 or sooner if something comes up.
