These had better arrive by Christmas. I bought two pairs, one for each of my teenagers. This is their Christmas present from their mother and I. You can blame FedEx all you want, but why weren't you on the phone with him immediately when it was clear something wasn't right - that was 6 days ago? Please stay on top of this until they're out the door.
