last straw! even if "its not MD's fault that it took so long"... well their lack of professionalism is enough to make me never make another purchase. on top of all the complaints you see made here in the 9 pages of comments, my shipment just arrived and it REEKS of cigarette smoke. Even the plastic inside stinks and the product box itself has a hint of it as well. Luckily, the speakers themselves are ok... but have to unbox it all outside because they don't have the decency to not smoke in their work space? i'm done.

fotogiI would have to say it's probably your fedex/ups guy or from it sitting somewhere before you picked it up. 30+ items from mass drop and have yet to anything like this other than a few having an improper amount of packing material. The proper way of dealing with this would call massdrop bring this to their attention and either ask for a refund or return, without being a twat about it.

kasekthe smoke smell wouldn't saturate the inside of a shipping box post packing unless completely fogged over. i "picked it up" from the floor of my poach. This package arrived UPS unlike every other Massdrop package I've recieved which was via USPS... but i have UPS drop offs/pick ups at my residence on a near daily basis with no issues for the last 2 years. This is a discussion thread for reporting issues publicly to others that ordered the item, so its exactly where the public post belongs. thank you.
