These POS keep muting! Sorry for the vulgarity. I've just gotten frustrated to the point where I am writing this to get my Simple Audio Listens replaced. I know the drivers or quality of the product have absolutely nothing to do with Massdrop. How do I go about getting them replaced though? I've searched online and I assume the problem is either rare because these don't sell in high volume, or only happening to mine. I have not found a solution. They just mute every once in a while. I try switching default playback devices, changing the volume, disconnecting and reconnecting the USB connection. Nothing seems to solve it. They just go out for a few minutes every few minutes and all I can do is wait for them to come back. It's incredibly agrivating!
