Quick question: when did the free shipping go away? And why did it go away? That was one of the best things about you guys! I don't read all the discussions on all drops and if an email went out, I missed it, so sorry for the late query.

Free shipping went away about a couple of months ago. We're still working really hard to make sure that the price you see, with shipping, is still lower then you can find elsewhere.

SandyLucasThanks, @SandyLucas. A better marketing ploy would have been to increase the price of the goods and leave the free shipping in place. You say you are still, even including shipping, selling for less than we'd find elsewhere, so why not do that? People love "free" shipping.

MiraclesbyDesignI agree that people definitely love free shipping but I believe it comes down to how shipping is recorded on a companies P&L sheet. I hope that members will come to appreciate the transparency! But if at any time you find an item less expensive elsewhere please let us know. Thanks for the posts @MiraclesbyDesign and giving me an opportunity to explain things a bit!
