+1 for cheap cable. I bought the SA6 back when they first started with this idea of tunable IEMs. I would recommend getting a couple of extra cables from their website, particularly if you place to use these for sports. That aside, the sound from the SA6's are amazing. Being able to tune the higher and lower frequencies is an amazing feature that you won't even get out of custom IEMs. I can only imagine that the SA7 is the same and better. The company made hearing aids for a long time, so they really know what they're doing in the sound department. I concur also with @AudioSage that their customer service is the best that I've ever seen. I had a monitor start to distort on me after a year and they sent me another one with no questions. I was able to speak to one of their engineers personally over email. That never happened with my defunct Shures that the SA6 replaced.
