Very satisfied with the belt
Both the leather and the buckle are nice quality. The sliding mechanism is actually amazing. It allows for a constant perfect fit since you can adjust it very precisely and then adjust it hassle free. I'd wish for a slightly lighter and smaller buckle but overall I still highly recommend the belt

Great quality
After about five months of daily use the buckle has some scratching but the belt has no major wear at all. The teeth are still in perfect condition and the belt holds just like day one. Highly recommended!

Missed the first drop and bought one somewhere else. This belt lives up to the first one I bought. Nice material, nice mechanism, holds up when tight and very good looking buckles. The drop was a very good price.

2nd slide belt, have the other leather option, but this one seems to randomly loosen the buckle a lot lately. The plastic catch part feels softer than my other slide belt and this could be the culprit.

There is an initial strong smell- I thought kind of a kind chemically smell. I let it sit out and the smell did dissipate. A faint odor lingers, but not a deal breaker.

Neat belt...smells funny...
The first thing I noticed was the smell. Before I even opened the box I could clearly smell an odor like you get from a possibly moldy air conditioning unit. After a while it stunk up the entire room. I put it outside on my porch for several days. It was better but you could still smell it. Even now, weeks later, there is a light odor to it. I almost returned it. After wearing it I have decided the buckle is a clever design with it's ratcheting feature.
