Whilst it was good while it lasted, 2 years. A simple pin dropped out and customer service said they couldn't replace it or fix it but gave me a discount on a new one !!

Hey wkhanigan, did this happen within your first 12 months of purchasing the belt? They have a 12 month warranty on all of their belts. Reach out to them and see what they can do for you. support@slidebelts.com

Why don't you read what I said and then there would be no need for your "reply" If you can't repair a simple pin after 2 years you shouldn't be selling this product. Belts are meant to last a long long time, not 2 years. You must know you have a problem but all you can offer is "spin"
