H-LitchHonestly, a delay of a month for lighters is bad enough, but complete silence about it as well is just absurd. There's a responsibility to the customers that's not being fulfilled.

So just for clarification. Has SOLID BRASS zippo light been lacquered? Therefore making it unable to patina?

JoehenWill age but slowly. Have been carrying exact lighters for 40+years. Case has gotten much thinner over years. Use Brasso to remove lacquer for more rapid aging.

If I had to bet, I'd say the polished is lacquer coated and won't patina. It will keep the polished look. But not 100% sure

EcomaniaYes, I checked on the Zippo website, and if these are the same ones I saw there, they are both polished, with one being engraved. They are also both the same price there. I wonder why it's 2$ to not have it engraved here...
I'm in for both anyways, so if I wanted it brushed, I might do it myself
