It looks like the app it's designed for, SHLighting is totally inoperable on android. I can't see the IOS reviews, but I wouldn't buy this.

The permissions seems a bit worrying too... Location? SMS? Phone?

I just tested this under 6.0. The app has only requested the location permission, which makes sense as it needs local location data. It doesn't run without that, but so far it hasn't requested any others.
