Just got mine, Still not sure how to power it off. I press the power button but the lights just go red. Is there any way to power it off without unplugging it?

CamK70Power button in the app works fine for me. I wonder if yours are defective, or if somehow your finger is hitting the red area above the power button.

CamK70So finger is not hitting the power button. The lights just go red whenever i hit it. I set it to white then turn the power off on the app and the lights just go red. Any admin or anything that could help?
