NekroevI am pretty sure the 3M in this case is 3 Meters. "Number of LEDs: 30 x LED/Meter, Total 90 LED/3Meters"
However, one of the pictures does show 3M (the adhesive manufacturer) tape protector on the back. So my assumption is that it is adhesive.
