are these loose fitting or do they hug the body more? It'd be nice to have a picture of someone actually wearing them.

MawdeuceIt's a next-to-skin fit, but they aren't as tight fitting as some. For instance, an Icebreaker small baselayer will fit smaller. These should be more in line with a Patagonia small, if familiar.
