RoyUgnorThey replied to me two days after my initial e-mail and offered to replace without any hesitation. They did ask that I take a picture of the back of the box clearly showing the UPC. I also sent them pictures of the mold inside. My only complaint is that I did not receive a reply after I provided my address and did not find out about the lack of stock until I emailed them after having not received a replacement or any response for two weeks. This was when they indicated the stock issue. I have no complaints about the stock problem, but would have liked to have that information provided to me earlier.
RoyUgnorAn update: I just received a tracking number from AEG, so hopefully my replacement box will arrive on 7/19.
Box arrived in a large box packed with packing peanuts on 7/19. The Big Geeky Box was unsealed, but it did some with the dividers - I am assuming they opened it to verify it did not have the same issue. I'm a happy camper now.
