Got mine around a week ago and while the pen is a bit lower quality than I was expecting, the knife was super sharp out of the box and has a nice weight to it. Others have said it requires a lot of force to pen but I can easily flip mine open using the flipper. Favorite new pocket knife for now.

Got mine today. The knife is super low quality. Requires an unreasonable amount of effort to open/close. I tried removing the pocket clip and the screws stripped immediately, despite me having the right driver.
The pen's OK, though.
Edit: After working with the knife a bit to loosen it up enough to open/close properly, I've realized that the lock doesn't work either. :\ Super disappointed with this knife.

Hi Guys,
There is indeed a refill IN the pen, and the knife is NOT assisted. It is a flipper, and straight out of the clam-shell, the one we have is a little stiff, may require a little TLC to get it broken in.
As far as international shipping goes, we are really working on that for you guys but we are not there yet. We will let you know as soon as we have some good news.

Are you sure about the refill model number? Could it be Schmidt P900M rather than 1900M?

StarguardProbably a typo in the description... Massdrop employees work long hours. Refill should be a regular Schmidt P900 Parker style refill that sells for about $7-$8 per pack of six.
