Great spinner, definitely one of my favorites. Mine arrived in perfect condition and is engraved with SMRT, Prometheus Br01 and 060. Table spin time is right around 4.5 minutes and I haven't cleaned the bearing yet. It's giving my Spinetic X a real run for it's place as EDC

Took a while but I finally received this spinner and wow, I'm thoroughly impressed by this thing. Excellent quality, looks awesome and it spins for a very long time. Great job SMRT!

Any information how much lead has been added to the brass by our Chinese friends? I have children in the house and like to be sure that there no shenanigans in Shenzhen. Joking aside, data again and again has found unscrupulous elements in the Chinese economy have taken liberty with safety and health related issues. FDA is finding painted spinners out of China with lots of lead in it. While this one is not painted, lead can be legally added to brass to enhance weight and machinability. Considering that this object will be palpated and handled extensively, there would a good chance of lead getting into the system. This is NOT an issue of being Chinese made but rather whether it is safe. Do you happen to have data on this?

Okay, since I was pretty vocal about my disappointment with the previous drop I'm going to be sure and note very clearly that this drop is the complete, polar opposite. It arrived in perfect condition, clean, no smudges or scratches and spins like...forever.
So I'm pretty thrilled that this one went well since it is my most expensive and now favorite spinner which will reside in my new used vehicle for which it was specifically purchased. I went from driving a WHITE 87 300TD Mercedes Wagon to a RED 91 300SL Convertible with hard top when I totaled the wagon a little over month ago. This spinner *really* looks good spinning in that 300SL at stop lights.
So (fair is fair) thank you to whoever for making this drop a big success for me and pretty much exactly opposite of the last one.

Thanks, yeah was just about to turn over 200,000 and it ran like a top., Always started, ultimate reliability and I could transport just about anything . Very sad day and talk about a sudden transition. I'm not sure I can get my luggage into the SL. LOL
That being said, wow do I love driving this little red rocket sled. It's the 300 so it isn't V8 500SL, which is good because it would get me in trouble. It's just enough...but wow what fundamental change in transportation and mindset. If I need to step on the gas and move, well I sure can. The diesel, not quite so much. =)

Got mine today and while it spins fine and feels okay, it's covered in dings and looks incredibly unfinished and uncleaned. One of the mirrored buttons arrived with a large scratch and one of the side CNC cuts looks to have been miss-aligned and ends in a different spot than all the rest. There are dings even on the outside faces of the ends, so this can't all be the work of being shipped in just a thin box and bubble mailer since the box has enough foam around those parts to protect them. So this brings me to my question, are all the production units supposed to say "VIP Prototype" or did I somehow get one that's unrefined and has been kicked around an office for a months?

This should be popular in slavic countries, smrt means death in most all of them :) Goes well together with prometheus/alien/predator sentiment as well.

Well here's one, GREAT spinner! I'm sorry Max, (Stealth owner) but I put it right up there with my Aventador. When a spinner can rival a Stealth product, it's doing something right!
