SMSL’s newest line of digital-to-audio converters delivers next-generation audio decoding across a wide range of inputs. Leading the way is the flagship M400 DAC, which features AKM’s top-of-the-line AK4499EQ DAC chip for best-in-class audio quality. Also equipped with an XMOS XU216 chip and two Accusilicon crystal oscillators in a jitter-clock design, the M400 supports PCM sampling up to 768 kHz at 32 bits, as well as DSD support up to DSD512 Native. For maximum audio fidelity, it also supports MQA decoding. Plus, it features Bluetooth 5.0 with support for UAT, LDAC, aptX-HD, and AAC codecs to maximize performance during wireless listening.
