HeadCaseyMDDid you have to open the remote in any way? I've tried new batteries, backward connections, wiggling them back and forth but get literally no response. Turning off the device at night is hard (joystick, ughh) so this is a much needed remote control.
j0hnnyI didn't have to open it. I really thought it was done for, but it worked again. I only 'twirled' the batteries in their cradle, and *gently* thumped the battery case against my hand. I know what you mean about the remote, I use it all the time. Best of luck.
HeadCaseyMDyeah confirmed, this remote is working, but not responding to the device (I'm using a voltmeter and seeing the infrared coming out of the bulb via camera. NO QC ON THIS PRODUCT
j0hnnymine didnt work at first, downloaded the drivers and it works now, also it seems that my remote only controls the M6 when you press the 'C' on it, I think A and B are meant for something else like another device idk
