I got the amp yesterday and I was very disappointed. Everything works fine but there are marks and scratches all over it. Nothing major, I just expected a new product. I'm going to keep it however because I don't want to wait months for a replacement.

Same here! I had deep marks and scratches all over the screen. I emailed Massdrop and we agreed to Massdrop crediting me with $15. Still, I was disappointed.
