This looks interesting to me, but I can't pull the trigger without knowing its output impedance. Anyone got a clue?

Yeah, looks like a pain in the butt to find info on output impedance but I might have found it: http://reference-audio-analyzer.pro/en/report/amp/smsl-sap-II.php (orange line on first graph). So 10 ohm output impedance? I've merely heard about some of SMSL's amps having high output impedance, so that might be on the mark.

It uses a TPA6120A2 as the output buffer. This opamp requires a minimum output impedance of 10 ohms to prevent oscillation. The same chip is used in the Fiio E09K, Topping A30, etc.

my unit was fitted with an OPA 2604...quite warm sound...but a bit veiled in the highs, and dynamics was a bit congested. ...so i inserted à Burson V5i dual in the socket and voilà : good dynamics and clear highs without too much sibillance.
