Which voltage option would be best suited for driving the AKG K7XX?

Those options are dependent on where you live in the world and shouldn't effect the performance of this DAC/amp.
If you live in Europe you'll want 220v, if you live in The Americas/Asia (except for some parts of Japan) you'll want 110v.
Maybe I misunderstood your question though.
The AKG K7xx is a middle/low impedance headphone (62 ohms) and they can run on this DAC/amp just fine. This is about the best option you can get for the price right now.

bean9045Haha, yeah, I realized the volts were for EU moments after posting the question. Thanks for the clarification all the same. I thought it seemed like a great price point considering the specs. Any tips on connecting it to a desktop?

VirtualludditeUSB to optical seems like your best bet if you don't have an optical port on your computer.
