Not a DAC at all.

This is a streamer, not a DAC, as the overview suggests. There's no analog output, so there's no 'A'. To listen to music, you need a separate DAC. I'm not even sure why it has a USB audio input; probably to be able to send audio to it directly from a PC, without going through network.

Actually, probably just best to read the product overview on the manufacturer's website, since the level of detail here on Drop is underwhelming: https://www.smsl-audio.com/portal/product/detail/id/751.html

The product overview leaves off several supported audio formats. Kind of an important aspect of a desktop music player to do an incomplete job on.
