Has anyone from the last groupbuy round got theirs yet. Mine is says it is still stuck in a warehouse in California. This is crazy, going on almost 1.5 months without the item.

According to the latest tracking info, my DAC has been in San Bruno, CA since April 29 and USPS is waiting for it to be delivered to them.

It took a week for Drop Support to respond to my last inquiry. The response I got basically said that deliveries are late due to worldwide shipping delays. I need a DAC and I'm tired of waiting for the SU-8 so I ordered a SMSL M200 from Apos. It will be shipped priority (free) and should be here in a week. When the SU-8 is finally delivered I'll compare them and keep the better of the two,

The worldwide shipping delays is a cop out considering several other shipping vendors have had my items in my hands from overseas (China) in 10 days from the date of order (last week). Drop really needs to step up their shipping game, its honestly sad and hurts the customer in the end.

In my case as a Canadian customer, Drop refunded my order after I asked for an update and they concluded the shipment was lost. I didn't get any new update since the initial March tracking info.

I'm starting to wonder if the US orders are lost too. I don't think any shipping company would want to be sitting on these for this long in their warehouse.

SURPRISE! I was very surprised when I received email notification from USPS that a package from International Bridge will be delivered to me today. When I checked the status of my order on International Bridge it said Out for Delivery. Hopefully, it'll be in my hands within a few hours. Check your shipping status.

I just couldn’t wait any longer. I asked for a refund. Drop sent me a refund. I went to APOS showed them my transaction with drop they priced matched and upgraded my shipping to the fastest possible shipping and I’ll have it from APOS Wednesday. I can’t believe what APOS was able to do. Truly amazing customer service. If the one from drop ever shows up I’m sending it right back to them and they can be stuck with it.

Apos seems eager to please. The SMSL M200 I ordered from them was shipped DHL Express and I'm expecting it in a few days. In the meantime, the SU-8 FINALLY arrived this morning (May 14) after 6 full weeks in transit. I'm listening to it now as I write this. I'm using Foobar2000 on my laptop connected via USB cable to the SU-8 which then connects using balanced cables to a THX AAA 789. I'm listening to my HiFiMan Ananda using a balanced cable and the sound is heavenly. So far I'm really impressed by this combination. It's the best I've heard the Ananda sound. It's noticeably better then when I was using a Topping D50 unbalanced before getting the SU-8. I hope you're as pleased with the SU-8 as I am. Happy listening!

My M200 from Apos is being delivered today. I'm pleasantly surprised. I ordered it on May 9 and it was shipped on the 11th. It's on the DHL truck for delivery today, May 15. That's 4 days in transit. My SU-8 from Drop was in transit for 42 days. They both shipped from Shenzhen, China. The amazing thing is that Apos ships for free.

FYI, you cannot return to Drop for dis-satisfaction. I tried with the Focal Elex. So I lost on a $600 gamble with these guys. Won't happen again, that is certain.

I completely agree. I’m happy I found APOS when I did. Completely blew me away with the customer service. I’m also happy I was able to contact someone at drop to get my refund. Took a while for them to answer

Hey how did you manage to get a refund? What did you say to them? They told me they cant cancel it because it shipped and i cant return it unless its defective. Absolute garbage....

They did give me a refund. I told them that it had been almost 2 months with no item and they said if the item did not arrive by a given date my date was May 12 by end of day I would get a refund. The item didn’t come and I got the refund.
