Pairing a CM6621A receiving chip with a ES9023 decoding chip, this second-generation DAC/amp can handle high-resolution audio up to 32 bit/384 kHz. Precision-machined from a solid aluminum block, the chassis is sturdy and low-profile—and its compact size (4.7 inches wide and 3.7 inches deep) won’t take up too much real estate on your desk.

Designed to push your cans to their full potential, the V2 delivers extremely high performance for the price. The front panel features a power button, volume knob, gold-plated headphone jack, and two blue LEDs. On the rear panel, you’ll find gold-plated line outputs, an optical output, a headphone amp output, and a USB port.
