After making a buying decision *because* of an email sent to me from Massdrop telling me shipping was free for the USA, I received the following response to my concern regarding the veracity of their offer. An honorable company would honor their offer. I suspect the company is circling the drain. My confidence in Massdrop has plummeted to zero and I will no longer do business with them. Too bad. Seemed like a cool business model.

Am ordering the Snugpak Jungle Blanket because of the Massdrop email I received (attached below) which indicates Free Shipping to the USA. Upon checking out, it states that there IS a shipping charge. I will go ahead, place the order, and give MassDrop the benefit of the doubt that I will NOT be charged shipping.

With that said, there is a shipping charge on this drop. The email you received is not accurate. If there is free shipping this will be stated in the shipping section of the drop page.
