I have had the pack for a while and I use it as a first aid kit. Its good for that purpose and fits in with many scenarios. The quality is pretty middle ground, Snugpak make the best synthetic fibre/down sleeping bags, jackets and diving gear you can get and if you want a good arctic weather Parka they are the guys. But its not the best bag the material is ok, but the zips aren't great. Can't speak for the contents, but its a good enough small bag for odds and ends or a decent first aid kit.
