What's the difference between the two different Preonic sleeves?
Also, is there ever a chance to get one of these for the ErgoDox? Yeah, I know it'd have to be a bit a bit more complex to construct, but it'd be nice to have such an option.
For those of you wondering, I own quite a few of these: 2x 40%, 2x 50%, 2x 60%, and 1x 80%. I'm going to buy another 50% from this drop for my Preonic as the other two are for my MiniVan R1, and my Atreus.

mkerfootIt was one of the novelties from the Pulse SA drop.
It would be pretty hard to get real quality wool at this price guys. These are synthetic.

YanboWuThanks - I'll hop in on this. All it was is that I don't agree with using wool from an animal. :)

Exactly! And it's likely that you would get it faster than through this group buy. @sacratoy you don't think it's exactly the same product?

vitaLeeI guess it all depends on where you are. I'm US West Coast and the Aliexpress one wouldn't be here until middle of March at the earliest. This GB is supposed to be shipping by March 4th, and in the past I get stuff from MD within 3-4 days. So similar price ($15.68 vs $11.99 + $3.25 = $ $15.24) but a week or two earlier from MD.
That's of course if everything goes as planned, haha.

This is well intentioned but poorly executed product. Stay away.

hirenlivesCan you elaborate? What exactly is not good about the product?
Is it durability over time? Does it not hold up when transporting keyboards in your bag? Is the sizing off? Is the locking elastic not very good?
I've ordered 3 off aliexpress for the price of a single one off massdrop, worked out to around $11 AUD each. I just need something for storage purposes rather than protection while on the move.

KennuiThe locking elastic broke off within a week of usage. The elastic used was of poor quality. There should have been reinforcement used when stit the elastic to the cover.
Looking into it everyone. I'm going on a limb and saying $50 is not the correct shipping cost.
edit: Hopefully that's more accurate. Not sure what happened.

AlexPkI wanted to buy 2 cases but the total cost for shipping is $7.75. Shipping for just one case is $3.75, so there isn't going to be any shipping savings for buying more than one?
opendealerLooks like the weight of the package is in a weird spot that 2 puts it into a different shipping tier. If you know a friend that wants one, the price for shipping 3 is only $8.25.
Bizarre, I know. Shipping doesn't make much sense to me either.

Wassup MK lets have a chat about the soft felt keyboard carrying case.
Quality: Very nice case, I thought it'd be quite flimsy since it's felt, but no, mine is quite rigid and is soft (but not furry) to touch.
Elastic Strap: The elastic strap is ok, it's not the grippiest thing in the world and doesn't quite fit around my k70, but thats fine, as all I want it to do it hold the flap on so my board doesn't fall out.
Fitting: This is a very tight fit on my k70. I guess thats a good thing so my board won't fly about in my bag. My only gripe is that there is nowhere to actually put the cables (corsair don't like movement...).

Overall; 8/10. Needs a cable area and a grippier elastic. Nice first buy from MD.
VentureeThanks for the review. What MK are you rocking, by the way?
