Massdrop said I could return it. I replied to emails, provide a picture, filled out a form, replied to more emails, nothing. Not happy, Massdrop!!

oldmanbimi didnt receive anything after a week as well, so I asked. They said they are still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. Which seems strange, as another person already posted that their RMA was processed and his knife was back in the mail. Can we get a public word form Massdrop about all this?

oldmanbimFinally resolved with a choice of exchange (but they don't know when it would be available) and I'd pay for shipping. Or a $10 credit. I took the latter. Still would have liked the the flat black knife - but the hassle of sending it back, the indeterminate wait, and uncertainty if I would get the right product just seemed like the $10 was the better choice.
