Hey Everybody - you were right, there was a problem with the pricing - they were priced for the PLUS pack. Everything should be fixed now. Thanks for pointing that out!

ISK$80 MSRP isn't correct. http://www.surviveoutdoorslonger.com/survival/kits/pocket-survival-paktm-2.html
Neat little kit. Everyone please understand having a survival kit will not enable you to survive. Knowledge and skills will save you first. If you buy one of these, try everything in the kit in real use and supplement with a good book on bushcraft and survival.

Yeah, something wrong here...
This seems to be the latest iteration of the venerable and pretty well-regarded Adventure Medical Kit (brand) Doug Ritter Pocket Survival Pak, the original version without the tiny knife. I've bought at least four or five of them over the years as they've come up on sale, I know I never paid more than $20, and I'm guessing most were closer to $15. Even with inflation...
No, they're nothing that you can't assemble for yourself (and end up with something more tailored to your needs, I always throw in at least a P-38 can opener and a needle threader, usually more), but sometimes it's worth it for the convenience, just to throw in a glove compartment or day pack. The components are good quality, and at least it doesn't have candy and tea bags in it...
Wal-Mart and others seem to have exactly this for just under $30, and that's not a sale price. Maybe this is supposed to be a 3-pack at this price?

I was reading the list thinking, "Surely I could buy all of these items for WAY less than $65.00...."
