SOLE Active Met Pad Footbeds

First, remove your current shoe insoles and place the manufacturer’s insole on top of the SOLE Lifestyle footbeds, making sure the backs of the heels are in line. If both insoles are the same length, you may not need to do any trimming. Otherwise, use a pen or marker to trace the outline of your old insole onto the top of the new insole. Cut along the outsole of the traced line. If necessary, use a pair of heavy-duty scissors to cut through the foam layer. Don’t worry if it’s too long, as you can always trim more later and shouldn’t cut away too much at a time. Trim, try on, then trim again. Test to make sure they fit comfortably. If the insoles are bunching up toward the front, you may need to trim a bit more.
